KS2 Primary Teacher

Qualified KS2 primary school teacher required to work at an incredible primary school based in South Leeds, near Belle Isle. This position is a long-term teaching role from April and will be working with a Year 5 class.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and strong KS2 primary teacher to work on a temporary, long-term contract at an amazing school in South Leeds, near Belle Isle. Ofsted rates this school as ‘good’ and has rated Leadership and Management as ‘Outstanding’. This role commences at the start of the Summer term up until July. This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking for greater flexibility and an enjoyable work life balance, whilst still being part of a rewarding work environment.

To be considered for the KS2 Primary Teacher role you should have:

A recognised teaching qualification, PGCE or equivalent (QTS)

The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.

Strong subject knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, specifically Year 5.

A genuine passion and interest for teaching and learning and the ability to nurture pupils throughout their learning journey.

Ability to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and create a positive and creative classroom culture.
