Delivering intervention support
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Leading structured lunchtime groups to those who require additional support during non-structured times
Working with pupils across the primary age (5-11)
Creating and delivering behavioural support plans alongside the school SENCO
Identifying pupils with additional needs
What Do I Need To Apply
Level 3 Qualification (Desirable, not essential)
Restraint training (desirable, not essential)
Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour
An enthusiastic approach to learning
A hard working and resilient attitude
Knowledge of how children learn within their final stages of the primary curriculum
