Behavioural Specialist TA – £300 – £350 per week
Are you a Behavioural Specialist TA with a passion to encourage progression in your pupils?
This exciting behavioural specialist TA vacancy is the perfect opportunity if you have experience of working with pupils who have challenging behaviour and would like to encourage progression in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. We are looking for exceptional behaviour mentors to work with us.
This rewarding role is to start in September 2020.
Behaviour Specialist TA responsibilities and duties:
You will need to be resilient in your attitude, confident in your abilities to work with children who have behavioural issues or those who may have additional learning needs.
You will need to demonstrate excellent behavior management as well as the skill to manage small groups in an appropriate manner.
To be considered for the Behaviour Specialist TA role you should have:
A level 3 qualification / degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education / experience of working on the job.
Experience of working with challenging behaviour.
