Design Technology Food Teacher required
– Location – Birmingham
– Salary – £160 – £200 per day
– Start date – November, 2024
Are you a Design Technology Food Teacher with a passion to encourage progression in your pupils?
This exciting Design Technology Food Teacher vacancy is the perfect opportunity if you are looking for a placement in an Ofsted OUTSTANDING school based in North Birmingham and have experience teaching Design Technology Food to KS3 and SK4 level.
This rewarding role is to start November 2024 and will be ongoing until further notice.
Design Technology Food Teacher responsibilities and duties:
· You will be required to deliver lessons in accordance with the planning provided that engage and challenge students of all abilities.
· You will at all times implement school policies and procedures and manage the classroom and behavior.
· Design Technology Food Teachers of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including NQTs.
To be considered for the Design Technology Food Teacher role you should have:
· Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS).
· The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
· Strong subject knowledge of your chosen specialism
Design Technology Food Teacher Salary and Benefits:
· Competitive rates of pay from between £160 to £200 per day (AWR Compliant).

· Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service – if you do not have a DBS registered online, PK Education will provide full assistance in getting you one.
