PK Education are working with a therapeutic and nurturing alternative provision in the Doncaster area. The provision is for young people in Doncaster that have been permanently excluded from mainstream education, and now they are being supporting on a 1:1 basis in an alternative setting. Pupils have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

PK Education are looking for Outreach Behaviour Mentors to support these young people in this setting on a 1:1 basis. You will be required to work with these young people in the community, taking them bowling, to the local park or to the gym. You must have access to your own vehicle as you will be transporting the children from home in the morning to where you are going for the day. You must be enthusiastic about working with young people and improving outcomes for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. If you have an interest in sports, this would be hugely beneficial, as a lot of the young people have a keen interests in sports and would like to take part in sporting activities. 

In return for your hard work, PK Education will pay you a generous daily rate and you will also be reimbursed for mileage and any other expenses. This position also has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. 

Please be aware that before you can start work in this position, you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS Check and PK Education will need to request two previous work references.
