We are working with a school who has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and inspiring Teacher of MFL to Head up the MFL Department.
This is an excellent first step onto the leadership ladder providing an opportunity to make a real impact. Our school are looking for a dynamic individual with the drive and commitment to build and develop the small MFL Department into a larger, vibrant and inspiring provision for the students. At present they currently only offer French, however the school are keen to introduce an additional language and grow the curriculum. Therefore they are looking for someone who has the vision and creativity to take on this very exciting challenge.
The school are seeking an individual to engage the students through their enthusiasm and passion for the subject; someone who will inspire students beyond the curriculum and expand their cultural knowledge so that they can stand shoulder to shoulder’ with any other young person, from any other background. They want someone who enjoys working with young people, who believes it is a privilege to be a part of their journey into adulthood, and who understands the challenges faced by young people growing up in today’s world.
This is a key time to join the School as they build upon their many strengths and develop a truly coherent provision for the students. You will work alongside a team of highly professional & dedicated staff who are welcoming, courageous, open-minded and supportive. It is a particularly exciting time to join the school as they embed their new curriculum and continue on the journey to be a Trauma Informed school. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this transformational change and they are looking for someone who is creative, dynamic, and willing to embrace this challenge head on.
