Are you a teaching assistant seeking a new role?
We are currently recruiting for proactive teaching assistants with experience working with young people to join mainstream secondary schools across Sheffield.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across key stages inside the classroom.
You must be dedicated to helping students achieve their targets and encourage them to be proactive in their learning. You must have good behaviour management skills, promoting positive behaviour.

Roles are Monday to Friday, term time only.
The ideal candidate: Previous experience working with young people in school setting or similar (minimum 3 months)
Bachelor’s degree or overseas equivalent SEN experience including Autism, ADHD, EAL support (desirable)
Strong behaviour management skills GCSE English and Maths, grade C or higher or equivalent (essential)
You must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
