SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description:


Teaching Assistants required to work with children with behavioural and complex needs. Several SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) schools across the West Midlands area.

These are varied roles where you will provide specialist support on a 1:1 basis or in a group environment. You will be expected to adapt to and tailor your approach dependant on the specific needs of a child. In addition you will liaise with colleagues to deliver instructions and provide feedback.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be confident modifying and differentiating resources and have strong behaviour management techniques. It is essential that you can maintain professionalism and promote a positive learning environment.
