Job Description

PK Education are looking to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants with a distinct passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of working with varying special educational needs for September 2020.


This role requires you to work 5 days per week in our Birmingham schools supporting special needs students in the classroom. PK Education have a number of roles starting in September for the academic year and ideally you would be recent graduate. Depending on the school we do have the option for primary or secondary students to work with. Students individual needs vary with students on the autistic spectrum or students with more complex needs. 

You will be fully supported and trained along the way by your school and team members. 

The daily rate will be between £60 – £80 per day depending on experience and the role itself.


Requirements for the Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant role would be:


A strong academic background, graduated to a degree level. You must have a passion to work with special needs children with a supportive and inspiring attitude. Strong communication skills are essential to provide a superb standard of academic support.
