Sports Intervention specialist

To be successful for this role you will have:
Background in sports coaching, sports degree or diploma, military background, personal trainer, or equivalent.
Experienced working with children with challenging behaviour, disengaged in their learning and children with social, emotional and mental health issues.
Experienced of planning drills, assault courses, obstacle courses, outdoor activities.
Ability to be resilient and professional.
Understand the children’s needs ensuring a positive climate for learning.
Ability to de-escalate situations promptly and efficiently alongside the school’s behaviour policy.
Team Teach is an advantage; however, we provide training courses for this de-escalation qualification that is essential in these settings.
