Teacher of MFL (French, Spanish & German)

Job Description:

PK Education are looking for a teacher of modern foriegn languages to join a busy school in Sheffield, on a long term basis.

From February half term, a school that has the respect of the city and beyond, because it unlocks five key elements which enable students to achieve their potential, is looking for an MFL teacher. 
The successful candidate will be able to teach Spanish and German to students of all abilities in KS3 and KS4, but will also have the ability to teach KS5 French (and have experience in doing so).

As well as the teaching, you will be expected to plan and mark the work for your classes. 

Are you an enthusiastic teacher with a “Can-do” attitude? Do you must meet the following criteria:

  • be eligible to work in the UK
  • have Qualified Teacher Status 
  • possess valid references covering the past 2 years
  • relevant extended classroom experience advantageous
  • be familiar with the UK curriculum – recent experience is desired but not essential
  • be familiar with the languages required for this job role – French, Spanish and German
