A provision in Tyne and Wear wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a child who has a Hearing Impairment (HI).
This role will be based in a school in Gateshead where you will support a pupil in a primary school. You will be required to commence employment immedately, following the completion of satisfactory DBS, references and other Safer Recruitment related checks and is expected to last until Christmas.
It is essential that you are BSL Level 3 qualified for this role as well as possessing experience of working with and supporting those who have a Hearing Impairment.
You will develop and foster positive working relationships with parents, school staff and other professionals on a regular basis.
