Humanities Cover Supervisor – Doncaster
Location: Doncaster
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: May Half Term 2026
Duration: Until end of academic year, with a 1-year contract from September for the right candidate
Salary: £100–£120 per day
PK Education are working with a secondary school in Doncaster who are seeking a Humanities Cover Supervisor to join them full-time from May half term.
This role will sit largely within the Humanities department, meaning you’ll be covering subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Education. This offers more consistency compared to general cover, allowing you to build confidence within a specific subject area.
You’ll be delivering pre-set lessons, managing behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout. The school are looking for someone who can bring structure, confidence, and consistency into the classroom.
There is a strong opportunity for this role to continue into a 1-year contract from September for the right person, making it ideal for someone looking to secure something longer-term.
We are looking for someone confident, reliable, and comfortable leading a classroom. A background or interest in Humanities subjects would be beneficial, along with experience working with young people.
