Are you experienced in supporting children or young people with additional needs?

We are currently recruiting for SEND Behaviour Support Assistants to work across a range of schools and specialist provisions in the Huddersfield, Batley and wider Kirklees area.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in:

• SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
• Autism (ASC)
• Challenging behaviour or 1:1 support
• Care, youth work or support work backgrounds

You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping to manage behaviour, build positive relationships and create a safe, engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
