Are you a passionate and adaptable Secondary Teacher looking for flexible work or your next long-term opportunity from September 2026?

At PK Education, we are working closely with a wide range of Secondary Schools across Leeds and Wakefield who are looking for strong classroom practitioners to support across multiple subject areas.

We are recruiting for:

• Day-to-day supply teachers
• Short-term cover
• Long-term placements
• Temp-to-perm opportunities

Whether you are an experienced teacher, ECT, or returning to education, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour management
• Adapt to different school environments confidently
• Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within UK Secondary Schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A flexible and professional approach
