ICT PPA Teacher – Primary School
Location: Sheffield
Pay: £150 – £220per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time available
Start Date: September 2026

PK Education are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sheffield for an enthusiastic ICT PPA Teacher.

As the school’s dedicated ICT PPA Teacher, you will deliver engaging Computing lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, while providing high-quality PPA cover. You’ll have the opportunity to foster children’s confidence with technology, promote digital creativity and develop essential computing skills in a positive and supportive learning environment.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality Computing and ICT lessons across the primary age range.
- Provide planned PPA cover across multiple year groups.
- Inspire pupils through engaging, practical and creative lessons.
- Promote safe and responsible use of technology.
- Create an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Assess, monitor and celebrate pupil progress.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Has strong knowledge of the Primary Computing Curriculum.
- Can confidently teach pupils from EYFS through to Year 6.
- Has excellent classroom management skills.
- Is passionate about helping children develop confidence, creativity and a love of learning.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
