Job Description

PK Education are recruiting reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our bank of staff for work during the upcoming exam season.

This is a flexible opportunity suited to individuals looking for temporary work during busy examination periods. Work will be offered on a bank basis depending on school requirements and your availability.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will help schools ensure examinations run smoothly and in accordance with the required procedures. You will supervise students throughout exams, maintain appropriate exam conditions and support school staff with the organisation of examination sessions.

The Role:

– £100 per day
– Flexible bank staff work during exam season
– Supervising students throughout examinations
– Ensuring examination conditions are maintained at all times
– Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials
– Providing clear instructions to students before examinations begin
– Monitoring students and reporting any irregularities
– Supporting the Exams Officer and wider school team
– Following all examination procedures and safeguarding requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

– Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
– Reliable, punctual and professional
– Confident supervising groups of students
– Able to follow instructions and examination procedures carefully
– Strong attention to detail
– Calm and professional when working in a school environment
– Flexible and available for work during exam periods

Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is desirable but not essential.
