Cleaner – Flexible Part-Time Roles | PK Education
PK Education is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cleaners to support schools and educational settings. These roles are ideal for individuals seeking part-time afternoon/evening work.
Working Hours (Essential Requirement):
Candidates must be available to work shifts starting at approximately 2:45pm, 3:00pm, or 3:30pm, with finishing times between 6:00pm and 7:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across school premises
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, restrooms, and communal areas
- Safely handling cleaning equipment and materials
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Desirable Qualifications/Training:
- NVQ or Level 1/2 Certificate in Cleaning and Support Services
- Health and Safety training (e.g. COSHH awareness for safe chemical handling)
- First Aid training (advantageous, particularly in school environments)
Pay:
- Competitive hourly rate (PAYE/Umbrella) – minimum rate applies
