Improvements made to our site
We’re a specialist employment and recruitment agency for the education sector, focused on supplying staff to schools for both permanent and temporary positions. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve our service offering – attracting the right candidates, to the right schools and academies. Here’s who we’re here to help:

Our relaunch aims and goals
- Improve Google ranking, traffic and increase user enquiries
- Prioritise job search functionality, to add filtering and better search options
- Enable people to find a job role quickly and easily, and to encourage them to register with us
Homepage has changed
The homepage design and user experience has been altered with job searchers in mind. First impressions are very important; the homepage has been de-cluttered with the job search and registration call to action taking priority. Links to popular job categories have also been added so candidates can quickly click through to the roles they’re searching for.
Getting around the website
Navigation has now been revised to be more helpful for our visitors – in a nutshell the site should now be more intuitive, to allow the user to find relevent information quickly and easily.
A fully responsive design
Responsive design means that our site will fit on the screens of smartphones, tablets and desktops. As a forward-thinking business, we want to look professional and maximise on enquiries across all of these devices.
Registering with PK Education
We now have a page for registration instead of a pop-up. This allows the page to be found and indexed via Google. Register CV has a clear call to action throughout the website – particularly on mobile mode to help attract user engagement.
The jobs page
The candidate job page is where teachers and pupil support staff can search for jobs and our consultants can advertise vacancies. The job pages have been improved so that they’re well indexed and crawled by Google, enabling users to discover PK Education for the first time – in turn then encouraging them to register.

Our Contact Us page has been reformatted – there’s now a page for each Pk Education branch location with office images, contact details, helpful directions and social media accounts to follow and engage with.
This is not the end result
