Are you passionate about supporting young learners and maintaining a positive learning environment? PK Education is looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team starting this September.

Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged, focused, and productive. You will be a key part of helping maintain smooth school operations while providing excellent support for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage whole classes during teacher absences

• Ensure students remain on task and follow school policies

• Provide basic support to students with their work as needed

• Report any issues or incidents to the school leadership team

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and calmly

• Reliable and professional approach to work
