Hours: 8:30am – 3:10pm | Term Time Only

The ideal candidate will be passionate about student progress, confident in supporting learning across the curriculum, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

You will:
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful learning
Support pupils with reading, writing, and classwork
Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support development
Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised support
Assist with behaviour management in a nurturing and positive way
Observe pupils and contribute to learning records
Develop your curriculum knowledge as the school grows
Help shape classroom routines and contribute to our evolving school culture

About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally supportive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children with additional needs.
Essential:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant
Experience working with children with special educational needs
Desirable:
A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree
A genuine passion for inclusive education
