Inclusion / SEND Unit Teaching Assistant

South & East Leeds (SEMH / Behaviour Focus)

We are working with mainstream secondary schools across South & East Leeds who have established SEND units and inclusion provisions.

This role would suit candidates with:
• Previous SEND experience within a school setting
• Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour within a classroom
• Youth work, mentoring or alternative provision background
• Strong communication skills (experience with EAL pupils advantageous)

Requirements:
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or EHCPs in an educational setting
• Confident managing behaviour within a structured school environment
• Full unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pmCompetitive pay rates between £90 – £110 per day (AWR compliant).
