PK Education are currently recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across secondary schools in West Yorkshire.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting young people in schools, youth work, coaching, or behaviour support environments.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with behaviour and engagement in the classroom
• Assisting teachers with behaviour management and classroom routines
• Working in inclusion units or supporting small groups
• Covering short-term and same-day bookings when schools require support

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching etc.)
• Confidence managing behaviour in a classroom environment
• Flexible availability including same-day bookings
• Ability to travel across local areas
• Strong communication skills
