About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Enhanced Provision Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone with a background in EYFS and SEND, who can provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND, including those in EYFS

• Support the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities

• Assist with assessment, observation, and recording of pupil progress

• Promote independence and engagement within the classroom environment

• Work closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to support pupils’ needs

• Support behaviour management in line with school policies

Person Specification / Requirements:

• Proven experience working with EYFS and SEND pupils

• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and differentiation

• Experience with individual or small-group interventions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
