PK Education are working with a number of welcoming primary and specialist settings across Leeds who are looking for a Speech & Language Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in:

• Psychology
• Speech & Language
• SEN support
• Care or support work

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN)
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to develop communication skills
• Following guidance from SENCOs and external therapists
• Creating a supportive, structured learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
• Strong communication and patience
• A genuine interest in SEN and child development
• Graduates in Psychology or related fields are encouraged to apply
