Science Cover Supervisor – Rotherham
Location: Rotherham
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: May Half Term 2026
Duration: Until end of academic year, with a 1-year contract from September for the right candidate
Salary: £100–£120 per day
PK Education are working with a secondary school in Rotherham who are looking for a Science Cover Supervisor to join them full-time from May half term.
This role will focus primarily within the Science department, giving you consistency in subject and environment rather than moving across all areas of the school. You will be delivering pre-set Science lessons, supporting practical-based learning where required, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to move into a longer-term role, as the school are looking to offer a 1-year contract from September to the right candidate.
The role requires confidence in the classroom, the ability to manage behaviour, and an interest in Science. Previous experience working with young people or within education is beneficial.
