PK Education are working with secondary schools in Sheffield who are looking to appoint Unqualified Teachers to support across a range of subjects from September 2026.

This role offers the opportunity to take full responsibility for a classroom, delivering lessons and managing learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will be leading classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and working through pre-set materials.

While you won’t be responsible for planning or marking, this is a hands-on classroom role that requires confidence, strong behaviour management, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

This position is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to step into a teaching-style role without formal qualifications.
