PK Education are working closely with a high-demand SEND school in Horsforth and are looking to build a local talent pool of dedicated Support Assistants.

This school supports pupils with Autism (ASC), complex needs, and behavioural challenges, so we are particularly keen to hear from individuals who are patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference.

The Role

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis
• Working within a busy Resource Provision (EHCP students)
• Supporting behaviour, communication, and emotional regulation
• Full-time, long-term opportunities available

Ideal Candidates

• Based locally to Horsforth / Leeds
• Experience with SEND, care, youth work, or support roles (desirable, not essential)
• Confident supporting challenging behaviour
• Calm, consistent, and reliable

Competitive rates of pay from between £90- £110   per day (AWR Compliant)
