Every day is different… and never boring!

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Keep students on track, engaged and behaving positively
• Manage the classroom environment with confidence
• Report back on lesson progress and any behaviour concerns
• Bring a positive, professional and proactive attitude to every school you support

What We’re Looking For:

• Confidence to lead a classroom of secondary-aged students
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
• Adaptability – you’ll be working in different schools with different routines
• Reliability and professionalism
• Experience working with young people (desired but not essential)
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
