Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Keep students focused, engaged and behaving positively
• Manage the classroom confidently and professionally
• Provide feedback to school staff on lesson progress
• Bring a positive, proactive approach to each school you support

 What We’re Looking For:

• Confidence to lead a classroom of secondary-aged students
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
• Flexibility to work in different Doncaster schools
• Reliability, professionalism and enthusiasm
• Experience working with young people (desired but not essential)
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
