We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the S61 area of Rotherham and we are currently recruiting a new pool of Cover Supervisors to join our team for various day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments.

Whether you’re an experienced Cover Supervisor, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we want to hear from you!

Cover Supervisor Location: S61 – Rotherham

Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available

Contract Type: Flexible (Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term)

Pay: Paid on a PAYE basis (no umbrella companies or hidden deductions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff across KS3 and KS4 Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Ensure all students stay on task and follow the lesson plan
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour
• Uphold the school’s values and policies at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is highly desirable Strong classroom or behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
• A passion for supporting young people’s learning
• A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Availability for work in the S61 area and surrounding Rotherham schools
