Graduate Teacher

PK Education are currently looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to work across multiple secondary schools within Doncaster. We currently have part-time, full-time, and day-to-day roles available, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates looking for flexible work around studies, family commitments, or other responsibilities.

All positions are based in secondary schools with convenient locations, easy access to public transport, and on-site parking available. Cover Supervisors will have access to pre-set work for each class and will be supported by school staff throughout the day.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Supervise classes of up to 30 students across a variety of subjects
• Deliver pre-set work provided by the class teacher
• Manage behaviour and support learning within the classroom

Who we’re looking for:

• Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week
• Experience working with young people, ideally within a classroom or educational setting
• Confidence, a calm presence, and strong communication skills
• A degree in a specific subject or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Ability to manage behaviour in line with school policies and procedures
• An understanding of safeguarding and the ability to respond appropriately when required
