What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine enthusiasm for language learning and cultural education
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to engage and challenge students across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• A qualified teacher of MFL (QTS or equivalent) Specialism in French and/or Spanish (German or another language is a bonus)
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive
• Contribute to curriculum development and department planning
• Participate in school events, parent evenings, and enrichment activities
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support whole-school improvement
