What the role could involve

Supervising classes during teacher absences as a Cover Supervisor, supporting teachers and pupils during lessons, helping students stay engaged with pre-set work, and working with small groups of pupils to support their learning. You will also help create a positive and supportive classroom environment while building confidence leading a classroom and working with young people.

What we’re looking for

University students or recent graduates who are confident communicators and comfortable leading a classroom of students. We are looking for reliable, adaptable, and professional individuals who have a genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
