Start Date: September 2025

£200–£250 per day | £1,000–£1,250 per week

A well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a Drama Teacher to join their Arts dedicated department. Whether you’re an experienced educator or a strong ECT, your drive to inspire young minds and cultivate a love for Drama is what matters most.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Drama at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed)

• Encourage critical thinking, debate, and a deeper understanding of the subject 

• Assess pupil progress and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs

• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification

• Has experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary setting

• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and planning skills

• Brings enthusiasm and creativity to every lesson
