Weekly rate: £440-£475

Start Date: 22/04/24

End Date: End of the school year (July 2024)

Location: Doncaster

At PK Education we are offering the successful candidate the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN.

This would be working with pupils at a specialist provision for students with ASC, PMLD and SLD.

The position is temporary but with the view to becoming permanent if the school decides you are a good fit.

Main responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:

• Assisting the execution of tailored lesson plans
• Reporting back on progress to promote best practice
• 1 to 1 work ensuring pupils stay on track with their social, emotional and academic development

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience supporting complex needs of children with SEN
• A calm and resilient personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
