Here at PK Education we are proudly recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of specialist SEND settings and mainstream schools with dedicated SEND departments. These opportunities include both short-term and long-term placements, offering flexibility while gaining valuable experience in supportive educational environments in schools across Birmingham, you will play a vital role in helping students with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
– Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning strategies and differentiated activities.
– Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
– Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
– Encourage independence, engagement, and social development.
– Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
