We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and reliable Sports Coach with SEN experience to join our team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport and inclusive coaching, and who wants to make a real difference in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive coaching sessions

• Adapt activities to meet the needs of participants with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Coach individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities

• Encourage confidence, teamwork, and personal development

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional environment

• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times

• Communicate effectively with participants, parents/carers, and staff

Requirements

• Relevant sports coaching qualification (or working towards one)

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)

• A calm, patient, and positive approach

• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
