Year 2 Class Teacher – Catholic Primary School
Location: Doncaster
Start Date: After Easter Break 2026
Contract: Temporary (until July 2026)
Salary: (dependent on experience)

PK Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming Catholic primary school in Doncaster for a Year 2 Class Teacher to join their team after the Easter break until the end of the academic year in July.

The Role:

• Full-time Year 2 class teacher position

• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum

• Supporting pupils as they continue to build confidence and independence in their learning

• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team

• Creating a positive classroom environment rooted in the values of a Catholic school

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and effective teaching practice

• Be committed to supporting the ethos and values of a Catholic school

• Be passionate about helping children achieve their best
